Not his/her Parent's Lullabies

So I was in Wal-Mart today and like always, I found my way to the Electronics. There I found something that I couldn't pass up. Apparantly, this company makes lullaby versions of rock music like Metallica, Nirvana, and even Tool. I think I'm going to try to pick up the U2 one next. Get our speck singing Beautiful Day early.

Vegas Results

The Spring National results came in the mail today and Meli no-changed. :( We're not entirely sure why yet, as the comments had all been positive from the Masters we spoke to. This means that she will have to test again in June. Of course, they will make some accommodation for her being five months pregnant by then.

So Hard to Wait

We had some friends over yesterday, and they are also going to have a baby. They showed us their pictures of their baby, who is a little bit farther along than ours. It struck Melissa and I that we are almost getting tired of the picture of a little speck. We can hardly wait until the next ultrasound picture coming up next week. Almost two inches big now, the tell-tale ticker at the top of this blog says.

We're just bursting to see the next picture!!!

Front Page (Porch) News

The local Sulphur Springs news website was at the theater last night to catch the performance of the Tribute to Broadway. They put up a huge number of pictures from the show, and a review.

Technology!

Last night we were at the beginning of the second act when the CD quit working. Right in the middle of "Betrayed" from the Producers, the CD player decided to eat the CD. Without missing a beat, Mike just kept right on going. Too bad, too, because the show was going great. I guess it's true that if it's technological, it will break at the worst times. At least Mel got to be the dancing army tank before the player croaked.

Little One on the way.

Let us introduce you to the newest member of the Bilyeu family. Right now, we're calling it "Speck" because we have no idea whether it is a boy or a girl.

Back in February, Melissa screamed out of the bathroom. When I came in she was jumping up and down and holding a digital read out that will change our lives forever.
"Pregnant"

We went to the doctor and got this picture. Our tiny little baby is less than an inch big, but getting bigger every day. We can't wait to see you baby!

At the Theatre

So, we have been in a production at the Community Theatre called "A Tribute to Broadway Past and Present." I (Daron) have had one of the lead parts and Melissa has been able to sing, dance, and even be a ballet dancing army tank. Wearing the dress was a favor to the director, because the guy playing the role quit the performance..

We have both had a blast in this production! We have four more performances this weekend and then it's all over.
